VAI “A” LAN (VIOLENCE)

"VAI “A” LAN ": An Interactive Art Exhibition Addressing the Emotional Depths of Domestic Violence

This exhibition is more than just a display space—it’s an immersive environment where audiences can interact with the artworks and experience the emotional spectrum of domestic violence victims through each performance.

"VAI “A” LAN " (Vài 'A' Lần) is a play on words, blending both Vietnamese and English to reflect the concept of "violence" and the agonizing scream "A" of those who have suffered from it. Through emotionally charged performances incorporating dance, sound, and movement, both the artists and the audience have the opportunity to voice, reflect, and directly engage with the harsh reality of domestic violence—a persistent and painful social issue.

Sharing their vision for the project, La Zung explains:
"Domestic violence extends beyond physical wounds; it also leaves deep emotional scars that can ripple across generations. 'A Few Times' and the 'Ding Dong' EP are calls for empathy, urging us not only to understand but also to act for a more compassionate society—one where violence is no longer normalized."

This transformative art exhibition invites everyone to confront this critical issue and join the dialogue for change. Let me know if you'd like this refined further or expanded for promotional purposes!
